ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in interfering with the exhibition of skill games viz., Ring Throw, Ball Box, Video Games, Dart Throw and Steel games conducted by the petitioner, as arbitrary and illegal.

The writ petition does not show any cause of action and hence, liberty is given to the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition to approach the Court as and when cause of action arises.

Reserving such liberty, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
