The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the subject suit in O.S.No.93 of 2012 on the file of the lunior Civil Judge, Nalgonda, was disposed of on 27.01.2020 and that therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Revision Petition, which is filed challenging an interlocutory order passed in the said suit.

Recording the said submission, this Civil Revisiorl Petition is disrnissed as infructuous. No costs, Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this CRP, shall sta nd closed .
