Heard Sri Addepalli Suryanarayana, learned Senior Counsel appearing for M/s.V.Karuna Kumar and A.V.Ramana, learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Home.

When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader for Home that as and when the petitioners approach the police, necessary police protection will be provided to the petitioners and their lands situated in Sy.No.13 of Avilala Revenue Village, Tirupati, Chittoor District.

The same is placed on record while keeping it open to the petitioners herein to send a complaint to the concerned Station House Officers along with copies of injunction and police aid orders. On receipt of the same, necessary action be taken by the concerned police strictly as per law. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
