This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is filed to quash the proceedings in FIR.No.112 of 2011 on the file of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad, Rangareddy, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 r/ w 120 IPC and Section 156(3) Cr.P.C.

During hearing, the learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana brought to the notice of this Court that entire investigation in this case is completed by the Investigating agency and filed Final Report on 30.4.2011 before the concerned court.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the above matter.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand dismissed.
