A perusal of the case status information placed before this Court by the Registry reveals that the subject suit in O.S.No.87 of 2009, was dismissed with costs vide judgment dated 03.08.2021 passed by the learned XXVI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad.

Under these circumstances, the cause in the appeal does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this appeal shall stand closed.
