THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.10998 of 2015 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/A2 in C.C. No.1000 of 2015 on the file of the Court of II Additional Junior Civil Judge-cum-XIX Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally at Miyapur, Cyberabad.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition with a liberty to avail all the remedies available to them under law including filing of discharge petition. Permission is granted.

3. Accordingly, the criminal petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty as prayed for. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
