THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.2064 of 2016 ORDER :

This Civil revision petition is filed against the order dated 11.03.2016 in I.A.No.93 of 2016 in O.S.No.71 of 2016 passed by the II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Warangal.

When the matter is taken learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner would be satisfied, if a direction is issued to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within time frame. No such positive direction as sought for can be issued for early disposal of the matters pending before the concerned courts considering huge volume of cases pending and no priority can be assigned to the case instituted later as compared to the cases instituted earlier. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file an application before the trial Court praying for expeditious disposal of the suit having regard to the age of the petitioner. On filing of such application, the trial Court may consider the same for expeditious disposal.

With the above observations, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Revision shall stand closed.
