This Writ Petition is filed challenging the registration of FIR.No.273 of 2016 against the petitioner on 11-11-2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 420 and 384 IPC on the file of Halia (Alwal) Police Station, Nalgonda District, on the complaint lodged by respondent No.3.
This Court, by Order, dated 05-01-2017, directed respondent No.2 to proceed with the investigation without arresting the petitioner. Even after the receipt of notice, none appeared for respondent No.3.
This Court has carefully perused the complaint lodged by respondent No.3. The allegations made therein relate to a money transaction.
At the hearing, it is stated by the learned Counsel for the petitioner that before lodging the complaint, respondent No.3 has not issued any notice and that on the other hand, the petitioner himself had issued notice to respondent No.3.
ARLR, J WP.No.662 of 2017 Dt: 27.03.2017 In these circumstances, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent No.2 to complete the investigation without arresting the petitioner. Till completion of investigation, interim order passed by this Court on 05-01-2017 shall continue.
