This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 7973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/accused to quash the order passed ln Crl.M.P.No.1026 of 2018 in C.C.No.917 of 2016, on the file of the learned XIV Additional judge-cum-XVil Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent No.1-State and perused the record.

J The Criminal Petition is filed questioning the order of the learned Magistrate, where by an application filed under Section 294 of Cr.P.C to receive the document, which is Memorandum of Settlement dated 21.07.2023 as Exhibit was allowed. The said petition was filed by the complainant.

Any document filed under Section 294 ol Cr.P.C can only be considered, if the other party gives consent to the said document. When the genuineness of the document is disputed, the said document can be read in evidence. 5.
