D. Mohan Rao v. Mr. G. Jyotheeswar Reddy, Ma
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT CONTEMPT CASE No.2567 of 2016 ORDER:
Sri T.Tejeswara Rao submits that in spite of categorical direction, a laconic and defective survey was undertaken, more particularly to make it appear that the order dated 28.11.2016 of this Court in Writ Petition No.41204 of 2016 is implemented. Since the survey is going to the very root of the dispute, the petitioner has already availed the remedy against the survey conducted by the Department. He does not press the prayer in the Contempt and seeks leave of the Court to challenge the survey and also the acts of commission and omission of respondent herein in the proceedings initiated pursuant to survey.
The Statement is placed on record. Contempt Case dismissed with the above observation.
