The grievance of the petitioner in this Writ Petition is that the petitioner had made a representation on 07.04.2017 to the 1st respondent seeking notional promotion in the cadre of Deputy Executive Engineer and that the said representation is not being disposed of by the 1st respondent. 2.

The Government Pleader for Services appearing for respondents states that 1st respondent will consider the said representation within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation 07.04.2017, keeping in view the Memo No.20335/C/2013-1 dt.07.11.2013 of the 2nd respondent and proceedings No.E4(3)2615-159/05-07 dt.01.10.2007 of the 1st respondent and any other applicable proceedings, within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. There shall be no order as to costs. 4.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
