Petitioner claims to be the owner of house property bearing municipal No.20-5-350/2/A admeasuring 100 sq. yards in Khazipura, Shakkargunj, Hyderabad.
According to the petitioner, the 5th respondent is falsely claiming the above said property as waqf property and tried to illegally dispossess him. Crime No.136/2012 was registered in Shah Ali Banda Police Station on the complaint filed by the respondent and charge sheet is filed in C.C.No.112/2018 and the same is pending for trial before the VI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad. At the instance of the 5th respondent, who is the resident of United States of America, the 4th respondent is calling upon the petitioner to Police Station asking him to bring all the original documents of title deeds and earlier judgments etc., harassing and humiliating him. Hence, this writ petition.

Based on the written instructions furnished to the Government Pleader by Sub-Inspector of Police, Shah Ali Banda Police Station, dated 01.03.2019, he would submit that the petitioner was accused in C.C.No.502 of 2009 wherein he was convicted by the competent Court and another case in C.C.No.112/2018 is pending against the petitioner. He would further submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner on 26.02.2019, G.D. entry was made on the same day and petitioner was called to produce relevant documents in
support of his complaint. But, without producing the relevant documents, this writ petition is filed. Learned Government Pleader categorically denies interference in the civil disputes by the 4th respondent.

Except making the vague allegations of interference and harassment by Police, no material is placed on record by the petitioner. Having regard to the categorical assertion made by the learned Government Pleader, it cannot be stated that the Police are interfering. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. 5.
