On 01.08.2019 and 22.08.2019, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Therefore, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. From this, it appears that the petitioner is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
