As there was no representation on 16.12.2015, the matter was directed to be listed on 21.12.2015 under the caption "for orders". Though the matter is listed under the caption "for orders" there was no representation on 21.12.2015, hence the matter was directed to be listed to today. Even today there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Heard the Government Pleader for Revenue and perused the record. The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of the first respondent in not passing the orders in FI/I.A.No.8 of 2007 in the appeal DR No.F1/5530 of 2007 filed by the petitioners, as arbitrary, illegal and violative of principles of natural justice. The Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions submits that nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition as the appeal DR No.F1/5530 of 2007 was already been disposed of on 21.04.2009.

In view of the submission made by the Government Pleader for Revenue, nothing survives for adjudication and the same is accordingly dismissed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
