HON'BLE MRS JUSTICE ANIS C.M.A. No. 1169 of 2004 JUDGMENT:

This Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is filed challenging the order dated 10.3.2004 passed by the Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa, in I.A.No. 163 of 2004 in O.S.No. 26 of 2004.

As seen from the record, the Senior Civil Judge, Kadapa vide his letter dated 8.6.2016 informed that O.S.No. 26 of 2004 was disposed of on 16.12.2009 wherein the suit was dismissed without costs. In view of the same, this Civil Miscellaneous Appal has become infructuous and accordingly, the same is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
