This Criminal Petition is filed under Section4g2 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short ,Cr.p.C.,) by the petitioner/accused to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.591 , of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate of Firt Class at Metpally, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420,406,506 of Indian penal Code. 2.

Heard learned Additional public prosecutor for the respondent No.l-State. Perused the record.

J None appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

The case is one of the private complaint, which was filed in the year 2013. No interim orders were passed by this Court stalling the proceed ings in the trial Court. The status of the case in the trial Court is not known. Hence, this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending.

Accordingly, this Criminal Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.

Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
