Learned counsel for both parties represented that the matter was compromised for an amount of Rs.15,00,000/- with interest at 7% p.a. from the date of petition till the date of realisation. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary except recording that the amount already deposited and paid to the claimant shall be given credit to the amount compromised by the parties.

Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is closed. No costs.
