HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.14876 of 2017 ORDER:

The case of the petitioner is that he filed appeal before the 2nd respondent under Section 9 of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act (for short "the Act") against the proceedings in D.Dis.(H)3282/2013, dated 24-10-2016 passed by the 3rd respondent. But the said appeal is not being disposed of. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Though it is stated that the petitioner filed appeal under Section 9 of the Act, only revision lies under Section 9 of the Act.

In view of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed under Section 9 of the Act against the proceedings dated 24-10-2016 after issuing notice to the petitioner and after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and affected parties, if any, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
