O R D E R

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of order dated 06.12.2013 in W.P.No.12238 of 2003 wherein this Court directed the respondents to reinstate the petitioner with continuity of service and attendant benefits but without back wages.

None appears for the petitioner.

Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing counsel for the respondents produced proceedings dated 14.08.2015 where in it is found that an amount of Rs.1,39,092/- was paid to the petitioner towards arrears of wages with attendant benefits. He also submits that in pursuance to the order passed by this Court on 06.12.2013, the petitioner was reinstated into service and thereafter retired from service.

In view of the above, I do not see any violation of the order passed by this Court. Accordingly, the Contempt case is dismissed. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
