The court made the following : [order follows] O R D E R :

Heard learned counsel for petitioner and the learned standing counsel for respondents. On 22/01/2015 at the request of learned standing counsel, the matter underwent a few adjournments for filing reply to the writ petition.

2. The fourth respondent filed counter-affidavit and opposes consideration of any prayer by this court for more than one reason.

3. Having regard to the fair submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and as it is the intention of petitioner to have a permanent solution to the pending issues with the respondents, he requests the court to permit him to file a comprehensive representation to the respondents on the outstanding issues and the respondents take objective decision and pass orders his client is content with the same.

4. The learned standing counsel submits that if appropriate representation is made to the respondents, the same will be considered

and orders are communicated without any further loss of time.

5. The petitioner is given one week time from receipt of copy of this order, make comprehensive representation to the respondents on the pending grievance for resolution and the respondents on receipt of the said representation are directed to pass orders and communicate the same to the petitioner within a further period of three weeks thereafter.

6. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

7. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
