HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.534 of 2020 ORDER :

Though CRP is filed against the impugned order dated 02-07-2019 passed in I.A.No.286 of 2018 in O.S.No.205 of 2018, wherein and whereby the application filed under Order 38 Rule 5 read with Section 151 CPC by the petitioner was dismissed, learned counsel for the petitioner says that she is not pressing for the same, but seeks direction for early disposal of the case.

In view of the same, the revision is disposed of directing the Court below to dispose of the O.S.No.205 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible keeping in view the pendency of the matters in the said Court.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
