THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR AND THE HON'BLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.22312 of 2016 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice Sanjay Kumar) Challenge in this writ petition was to the sale notice issued by the respondent bank proposing to hold the sale of the secured assets belonging to the petitioner on 08.07.2016.

Sri M.V.K. Viswanadham, learned counsel for the respondent bank, however informed this Court that the sale could not materialise on the said date.

In that view of the matter, the challenge in this writ petition is rendered purely academic and does not warrant consideration on merits.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed leaving all issues open.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
