The petitioner challenges notice dated 13.05.2017 on several factual and legal grounds.

The counsel after arguing the writ petition for some time and also taking note of the disposal of W.P. No.11653 of 2017 requests the Court to grant two weeks time from today to petitioner to submit explanation and the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the explanation and pass orders.

Mr.Ravi Cheemalapati does not oppose the submission of Mr.V.V.Satish.

The writ petition is disposed of by this order: Petitioner is given liberty to submit explanation by enclosing a copy of this order within two weeks from today and the 2nd respondent is under obligation to consider and dispose of the notice in accordance with the Panchayat Raj Act within eight (8) weeks thereafter.

No order as to costs.
