Heard learned counsel Sri C.Sai Reddy for petitioners in C.C.No.359 of 2019, learned counsel Sri P.Pasula Laxma Reddy for petitioners in C.C.No.379 of 2019 and learned Special Government Pleader representing the Office of the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for respondents in both the matters.

This Court passed interim orders in WP.MP.No.12640 of 2017 in W.P.No.10200 of 2017 dated 24.03.2017 directing the respondents not to give effect to the proposed up-gradation of post of School Assistants. These contempt cases are filed alleging violation of orders of this Court, as respondents issued G.O.Ms.No.15, Finance (HRM.II) Department dated 16.02.2019, G.O.Ms.Nos.17 and 18 Finance (HRM.II) Department dated 03.02.2017.

Learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of learned Advocate General filed a memo dated 10.11.2021 enclosing the copy of G.O.Ms.No.110 dated
- 3 - 05.10.2021 whereunder, it is stated that G.O.Ms.Nos.15, 17 and 18 are withdrawn and fresh directions were issued. He submits that the said G.O., is subject matter of fresh round of litigation and in compliance of the directions issued by this Court, on 18.10.2021 the Director of School Education has also issued instructions informing the subordinate authorities that proceedings dated 20.02.2019 are also withdrawn. 4.
This Court is of the opinion that though the proceedings dated 20.02.2019 were in violation of the directions issued by this Court, since the said proceedings are withdrawn and mistake that was committed earlier is rectified, no further orders are required to be passed in these contempt cases. Accordingly, the Contempt Cases are closed.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
