HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 9101 OF 2003 ORDER :

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that the petitioners are challenging the inaction of the 2nd respondent in sponsoring bio-data forms of the petitioners as per letter dated 4.4.2003 of the 1st respondent calling for bio-data forms of Artisan Trainee (Electrical) candidates to be submitted on or before 17-4-2003 for the written test to be conducted on 12-5-2003 or thereafter, by the 1st respondent for appointing Artisan Trainee Electrical Technicians in the 1st respondent department as illegal and arbitrary.

This Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant interim directions on 13.05.2003, directing the 2nd respondent to sponsor the names of the petitioners to the 1st respondent Corporation for the written test scheduled to be held on 12-5-2003 or thereafter, for appointment of Artisan Trainee Electrical Technicians in the 1st respondent Department. 3.

In view of the interim orders, no further orders are necessary in this Writ Petition and the Writ Petition is accordingly closed. 4.
