THE HONOURABLE Dr.JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8706 and 8707 of 2017 in/and Criminal Petition No.8181 of 2017 ORDER :

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/ A.3 in Cr.No.212 of 2015 of the P.S. Saifabad, Hyderabad, registered for the offences punishable u/ sec. 406,420,468,471 and 506 r/ w 120-B IPC, on the complaint of 2nd respondent/ defacto-complainant, and also the learned Public Prosecutor.

The petitioner and the defacto-complainant present and stated that they settled the matter amicably outside the Court to purchase peace and vide Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8706 and 8707 of 2017 sought permission to compound the offences and prayed to quash the proceedings and accordingly permission is granted to compound the offences.

In the result, the Crl.P.M.P.Nos.8706 and 8707 of 2017 are allowed. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is also allowed quashing the proceedings in Cr.No.212 of 2015 supra against the petitioner/ A.3. The petitioner/ A.3 is acquitted and his bail bonds if any, shall stand cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
