Heard learned counsel for petitioner, Sri B. Narayana Reddy, learned Assistant Solicitor General for first respondent, Government Pleader for General Administration (AP) for respondents 2 to 4 and Government Pleader for General Administration (TG) for respondent No.5.

When the matter is taken up, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for respondents, stated that the subject matter of the writ petition is covered by judgment of the Division Bench of this Court in W.P No. 18205 of 2014 dated 7.3.2017.
