HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.3621 OF 2018 ORDER:

Both the learned counsel submits that this Writ Petition can be disposed of as they have appointed respective arbitrators and the arbitrators in turn will appoint Presiding Arbitrator and the fees of the Arbitrators will be fixed by them and that it is for the both parties to raise all the claims and issues before the said Arbitrators.

Recording the submission of both the learned counsel, this Writ Petition is disposed of and the interim order granted on 20.03.2018, which is extended from time to time shall stands extended for a period of eight weeks in order to enable the petitioner to obtain necessary orders from the Tribunal.
