THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY CRIMINAL PETITION No.13234 of 2015 ORDER:

This criminal petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the docket order dated 27.8.2014 in C.C. No.732 of 2014 on the file of the court of Special Magistrate, Nandyal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. The docket order passed by the learned Magistrate is as follows: "Both present. Sri P.R.K. Advocate filed Vakalat for accused. The accused is directed to furnish surety to the extent of 1⁄2 of cheque amount by 12.11.2014. "

The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the condition imposed by the learned Magistrate causes much inconvenience and hardship to the petitioner; hence, he requested to modify the order.

4. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition in the order dated 27.08.2014 is modified as follows. The petitioner is hereby directed to execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with one surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Special Magistrate, Nandyal.

5. With the above modification, this criminal petition is allowed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this criminal petition, shall stand closed.
