Dr. Atharsultana, Hyderabad v. State Of A.P. Hyderabad And 2 Others
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No.27405 of 2005 ORDER :
Despite the fact that the writ petition is listed under the caption "FOR DISMISSAL", when the matter is taken up for hearing, none appears for the petitioner.
A perusal of the record discloses that the petitioner was appointed as a Part-time Lecturer in Urdu in the 3rd respondent College on 19.08.1996 on consolidated wages. The grievance of the petitioner is that though she has been continuously discharging her duties as Lecturer, her case is not being considered for absorption into Aided service. Therefore, the petitioner contends that appropriate orders be passed directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to consider her case for absorption into Aided service.
In view of the above, this Court is of the considered view that right to be considered is a Fundamental Right and if the petitioner is still working as a Part-time Lecturer (Urdu) in the 3rd respondent College, the respondents shall consider her case for absorption into Aided service, if not already absorbed into Aided service, and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
AKS, J W.P.No.27405 of 2005 With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
