ORDER

Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents 1 to 3, learned Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondent No.4 and learned counsel appearing for respondents 5 to 10. This writ petition was filed seeking to declare the proceedings dated 21.06.2004 issued by the 3rd respondent as arbitrary and illegal.

Learned counsel on either side submits that the sole petitioner expired and due to passage of time, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Recording the aforesaid submission, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
