HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.15732 of 2014 ORDER:

In this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C, the petitioners/A1 and A2 seek to quash the FIR in Crime No.327 of 2014 of Miryalaguda P.S, Nalgonda District, which was registered against them for the offences under Sections 323, 506 IPC and Section 3(1) (x) of SC and ST (POA) Act, 1989. 2) When the matter came up for hearing today, learned Public Prosecutor produced the letter dated 23.02.2018 of Sub-Inspector of Police, Miryalaguda II Town P.S, Nalgonda District and submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed and case was registered as S.C.No.9 of 2016 on the file of Assistant Sessions Judge, Nalgonda and therefore, the petition which is filed to quash the FIR has become infructuous and hence the same may be dismissed.

3) There is no representation for petitioners.
