HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed aggrieved by the order of Tahsildar dated 12.02.2019 rejecting the request of petitioners for issuance of Caste Certificate. According to learned counsel for petitioners, petitioners belong to 'Gandla' community and already they have Caste Certificates issued in their favour and they only wanted the Caste Certificates in a proper form.

Having regard to the fact that petitioners have remedy of appeal provided under Section 7 of the Telangana (SC, ST & BCs) Regulation of Issue of Community Certificates Act, 1993 (for short, 'Act, 1993) against the order, refusing to grant Caste Certificate as requested by the petitioners, Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed, leaving it open to petitioners to work out their remedy of appeal as provided by the Act, 1993. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
