ORDER:
This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A.1, for grant of bail in Crime No.343 of 2018 of Adilabad ll Town Police Station, Adilabad District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 & 409 of lPC. 2.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A.1, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the res pondent-State and perused the record. 3.
In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this court that A.3 and A.4 in this crime were granted regular bail by the Special Judge for trial of Cases under SCs/STs (POA) Act-cum-V Additional District and Sessions Judge, Adilabad, vide order, dated 13.03.2019, passed in Crl.M.P.No.'190 of 2019. This petitioner/A.1 was remanded to judicial custody on 11.01.2019. The offences alleged against him are under Sections 420 & 409 of lPC. Material witnesses are examined and most part of the investigation is completed. Under these circumstances, the petitioneriA.l can be granted bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. 4.
Accordingly, the petitioner/A.1 is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties in a like sum each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Adilabad. On such release, the petitioner/A.1 shall report before the Station House Officer, Adilabad ll Town Police Station, Adilabad District, on every Sunday between 09:00 AM and 10:00 AM, till filing of the chargesheet.
