THE HON'BLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE SRI KALYAN JYOTI SENGUPTA AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION NO.38 of 2015 ORDER: (per the Hon'ble The Chief Justice Sri Kalyan Jyoti Sengupta) This petition has been filed alleging inaction on the part of the respondent authorities for not protecting the Temple lands in survey Nos.112, 116 and 125 admeasuring Acs.28.24 guntas situated at Neknampur Village, Rajendranagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. The petitioner made a complaint in writing on 7.11.2014 to the respondents pointing out the aforesaid inaction.

Under the circumstances, instead of keeping the matter pending, at the first instance, we shall direct the third respondent to look into the complaint made by the petitioner and on enquiry, if it is found that the complaint is correct, then he shall take all legal steps. Of course, in the process, he would give a hearing to the petitioner as well as the person, who might be affected or interested in the matter. The entire exercise shall be completed within eight (8) weeks from the date of communication of this order.

The Public Interest Litigation is accordingly disposed of. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There will be no order as to costs. _______________________ K.J. SENGUPTA, CJ
