THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.9912 of 2016 ORDER :

The present Criminal petition is filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.3155 of 2016 in C.C.No.353 of 2006 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court), Hyderabad.

By an order dated 30.05.2016 passed in Crl.M.P.No.3155 of 2016 in C.C.No.353 of 2006, the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate (Mahila Court), Hyderabad, while releasing the petitioner on bail, directed the petitioner to surrender her passport and not to leave the Country without prior permission of the said Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the health condition of the petitioner not good, she has to go to U.S.A. for getting treatment as earlier she was taking treatment in U.S.A. earlier Having regard to the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3155 of 2016, the Criminal Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the said Court seeking return of her passport and also permission for leaving the country, in which event the same shall be dealt with in accordance with law having regard to the facts in issue.
