This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order dated 30.10.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.No.35400 of 2015.

The learned standing counsel for the respondent produced before this Court a copy of proceedings No.DSP/785(55)/2015-RR dated 25.11.2015 of the respondent considering the representation of the petitioner dated 03.10.2015 and passing an order. In view of the same, the Contempt Case is dismissed. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall also stand dismissed.
