HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE U.DURGA PRASAD RAO CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 1740 OF 2015 ORDER:

At the admission stage, the following order is passed.

It is seen that charge sheet is filed in this case and cognizance is taken and a case is registered as Spl. S.C.No. 2 of 2015. Having regard to the stage of the case, it is not a fit case to quash the proceedings. If the petitioners/ A1 to A4 are so advised, they can move a discharge application and in which case, the trial court shall dispose of the discharge application on merits expeditiously.

Considering the request of learned counsel for petitioners, the appearance of petitioners/A1 and A4 in Spl.S.C.No. 2 of 2015 on the file of Special Judge for Trial of Cases under SC/ST (POA) Act, Adilabad, is dispensed with except on the occasions when the trial court requires their attendance. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
