HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.652 of 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., seeking to withdraw M.O.P.No.23 of 2016 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nagarkurnool, Mahaboobnagar District, and transfer the same to the Court of Judge, Family Court-cum-VII Additional District and Sessions Judge at Sangareddy, Medak District, for disposal in accordance with law. 2.

Heard both the counsel.

At the time of arguments, both the counsel with one voice submitted that O.P.No.23 of 2016 may be withdrawn from the file of Senior Civil Judge, Nagarkurnool, Mahaboobnagar District and transfer the same to Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, to avoid inconvenience to both the parties.

In view of the submission made by both the counsel, this Court is not inclined to go into the merits of the main case. 5.

In the result, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. M.O.P.No.23 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Nagarkurnool, Mahaboobnagar District, and transferred to the file of the Judge, Family Court, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, for disposal in accordance with law. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any shall stand closed.
