30.01.2025 SKS, J I.A.No.1 of 2024 This Interlocutory Application is filed seeking the Court to relax the conditions passed in Crl.P.No.1153 of 2022 dated 10.03.2022.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.P.No.1153 of 2022, wherein the petitioner is directed to appear before the Station House Officer, Central Crime Police Station, Hyderabad once in fifteen dated i.e., 1st and 15th of every month between 10:00 a.m., and 12:00 noon till the trial is completed. He further submitted that no charge sheet was filed till date and prayed to relax the said condition. Perused the contents of the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is appearing

MAIN CASE No.Crl.P.No.1153 of 2022 regularly till date and as their further appearance is no record, it is considered fit to relax the condition of appearance of the petitioner before the Investigating Officer. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Investigating Officer as and when their presence is called for.

Accordingly, this Interlocutory Application is ordered.
