ORDER

This writ petition is filed seeking to declare the action of the respondents in issuing notice dated 15.02.2019 for removing the gate of the petitioner's property bearing H.No.19-2-34/76, Kalapathar, Bilal Nagar, Hyderabad, as illegal and arbitrary. 2.

Perusal of the record would show that the petitioner has already approached the civil Court by filing a suit in O.S.No.1707 of 2014 on the file of the IV Junior Civil Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and the interim order of status quo passed in her favour was vacated vide order dated 04.08.2018 in I.A.No.718 of 2014 in O.S.No.1707 of 2014, against which, she has also filed C.M.A.No.117 of 2018 on the file of the XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, and the same is pending. 3.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue C.M.A.No.117 of 2018. No order as to costs. 4.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
