On 04.06.2015, there was no representation for the appellant. The learned counsel for the respondents had submitted that the 1st respondent had died long time back and that despite reporting the said fact, no steps were taken and that the appeal stood abated against the said respondent for not taking steps for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent on record. It was also represented that the learned counsel for the appellant had died long back and that notice sent to the appellant returned unserved. Therefore, the appeal was directed to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Despite listing the matter under the caption 'For Dismissal', there is no representation for the appellant.
