2. Petitioner complains that in spite of his representation dated 21.06.2015 the third respondent is not taking up his request for mutation and for grant of pattadar passbook in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.0.62 cents in Survey No.71/EE of Yedavalli Village, Utkur Mandal, Mahabubnagar District.

3. Apparently, petitioner has made a representation on 21.06.2015 before the third respondent in the prescribed proforma under Form VI-A in accordance with the Rules framed under A.P. Rights in Land and

Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971.

4. In view of that, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the third respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, as above, and pass appropriate orders within 45 days of receipt of such application in accordance with law.

With the above direction, writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
