This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking to quash the proceedings against the petitioner in Crime No.17 of 2016 on the file of the Station House Officer, Jaddangi Police Station, East Godavari District, registered under Section 174 Cr.P.C. which was altered to Sections 323, 509, 354-A and 306 IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s)(2)(v)(va) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989. 2.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the criminal petition. Permission is granted. 3.

Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
