This Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.'), is hled by the petitioner - accused to quash the proceedings against him ln C.C.No.395 of 2016 on the file of the learned I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Hyderabad, registered for the offences under Sections 5O6 and 509 of Indian Penal Code (for short'i.P.C).

Keeping in view, the case and cou:-rter case, Court below shall dispose of the subject case on day-to-day basis and dispose of the same within three (3) months from the date of receipt of copy of this Order. In the event of witnesses not turning up if necessary, the Court below shall conclude trial by closing the evidence of witnesses if they do not appear.
