The limited grievance of the petitioners in this writ petition is with regard to the inaction of respondent No.2-Kakatiya Urban Development Authority, Warangal, in considering their L.R.S. application, dated 04.01.2011, in relation to the land admeasuring 935.59 square yards in Survey Nos.757 and 1298 situated at Rangampet, Near LB College, Hanamkonda, Warangal District. Today, when the matter is taken up, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 placed on record the proceedings, dated 23.03.2015, wherein the application of the petitioners' stands disposed of directing them to pay certain amounts. A copy of the same is made available to the learned counsel for the petitioners. In the above circumstances, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition and it is accordingly closed.
