THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM CONTEMPT CASE No. 1490 OF 2017 O R D E R:

This Contempt Case has been filed complaining deliberate violation of the order dated 04.04.2017 in W.P.M.P. No. 14789 of 2017 in Writ Petition No. 11882 of 2017 passed by this Court. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order complained of in this Contempt Case has been complied with. A copy of the proceedings dated 11.09.2017 of the Commissioner, Vijayawada Municipal Corporation has been placed on record, whereunder it has been stated that a final order was passed requiring the 3rd respondent in the Writ Petition to remove the unauthorised structures within 30 days, and in default, further action for removal of the structures would be taken up by the department.

Recording the said submission and in view of the proceedings dated 11.09.2-017, the Contempt Case is closed. Consequently, the miscellaneous Applications, if any shall stand closed.
