This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C.') to quash the proceedings in Crime No.209 of 2013 on the file of SHO, Tanuku Town Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 354 and 506 IPC.

2. During hearing, learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh, represented that case in Crime No.209 of 2013 on the file of SHO, Tanuku Town Police Station, West Godavari District, was compromised before Lok Adalat and an Award was passed on 13.2.2016 before Lok Adalat.

In view of the representation made by the learned Public Prosecutor, there is nothing to be examined and decided by the Court in the instant case.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition, shall stand closed.
