Since the issue involved in all these writ petitions is one and the same, they are being disposed of by way of a common order.

W.P.Nos.36943, 36954, 36955, 36959 & 36961 of 2015 came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of Mandamus to declare the action of respondent No.3 in refusing to register the documents dated 29.7.2015 pertaining to the properties of the petitioners admeasuring 4840 sq.yds out of Ac.6.22 cents in Sy.No.209/1, 7502 sq.yds. out of Ac.6.20 cents in Sy.No.217, 5324 sq.yds out of Ac.3.30 cents in Sy.No.210/3, 4840 sq.yds. out of Ac.6.22 cents in Sy.No.209/1 and 6534 sq.yds. in Sy.No.211/1 of Badapuram Village, Donakonda Mandal, Prakasam District respectively vide Endorsement dated 18.8.2015 as illegal and arbitrary, and consequently, to direct respondent No.3 to register the sale deeds dated 29.7.2015 pertaining to the said properties.

Learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Government Pleader for Revenue (A.P.) submits that the issue involved in these writ petitions is covered by orders of this Court in W.P.No.24316 of 2013 and batch dated 5.9.2013, W.P.No.4595 of 2015 and batch dated 4.3.2015 and also W.P.No.27777 of 2015 dated 14.9.2015.

4. Following the judgments referred to above, these writ petitions are allowed setting aside the Endorsement dated 18.8.2015. Consequently, respondent No.3 - The Joint Sub-Registrar - V, Darsi, Prakasam District shall receive and process the documents presented by the petitioners in respect of the subject lands without

reference to the order dated 15.3.2011 of the High Court of Madras in Contempt Petition No.1205 of 2010. In the event the documents presented are found to fulfil the requirements of the Registration Act, 1908 and the Indian Stamp Act, 1899, the Joint Sub-Registrar - V, Darsi, Prakasam District shall complete the registration formalities and release the documents in accordance with the due procedure. There shall be no order as to costs.
