Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to issue appropriate writ, order or direction, more in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not considering the petitioner's representations dt.304.2015 and 3.7.2015 submitted for upgradation of his post and release of UGC Scales attached to the post as per Government Orders Vide G.O.Ms.No.136 Edn. Dt. 6.4.1995, G.O.Ms.No.126 Edn. Dt.16.5.1996, G.O.Ms.No.61, HE dt. 16.7.2001, G.O.Ms.No.11, HE dt. 20.2.2004, G.O.Ms.No.140 HE dt. 3.10.2005 as illegal , arbitrary, contrary to law and violative of principles of natural justice.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SRI M. L. ALI ,Advocate for the Petitioner and the Govt. Pleader for Higher Education(AP) on behalf of respondent Nos. 1 & 2, the Court made the following ORDER :- "There shall be interim direction to the second respondent to consider the representations dt. 30-04-2015 and 03-07-2015 in the light of G.Os. 136, Edn. Dt. 6.4.1995 & G.O.Ms.No. 126, Edn. Dt. 16.05.1996 & G.O.Ms.No. 61, HE, dt.16.07.2001, submitted by the petitioner within a period of eight weeks.
